The service was excellent. All the great food and beverage choices were impressive. The cleanliness of the room in City Garden Hotel was found to be an absolute plus.

We had a junior suite that was plush, spacious and comfortable, and the king bed was a single king mattress with high-end linens. The bed was so luxurious it was a struggle to leave in the morning. The standards of cleanliness were incredibly high; everything looked brand-new, with no signs of even ordinary wear and tear.
Breakfasts were sumptous and the service was delightful. The front office staff was terrific. It's true the restaurant/bar is crowded and noisy at night, but that just adds to the energy and ambience of staying in a hotel like this in a small City like Zug. That was part of the charm. And once upstairs in the rooms, silence reigned -- incredibly good soundproofing.

Stayed at this hotel twice now. loved it because of the spacious room, the comfortable bed, the variety of food that tasted wonderful. they're making the future happen now and thats what i like about it - very modern, nice design, cool interior - nice plates for dinner and superb wines. the hotel is only 2 minutes away from the city center. not a long walk atall! would go back antime!

have just returned for a 3 night break in this hotel. the staff are all helpful and friendly. breakast was excellent. easy to walk to most areas in Zug!
rooms very modern and very clean. will def return to this hotel and would recommend it only!

The City Garden Hotel is a very nice hotel, situated close to the main station of Zug, but very calme and in the green. Very clean and modern building overlooking the forest. You can enjoy an almost excellent breakfast.
